After hours of research on smart watches that weren't from Apple, I decided on Ticwatch and bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter (Sr. in HS) - and she absolutley loves it. She loves it as work-out tracker too (miles ran, time, etc). Her only downside is not being able to respond to texts directly from watch (an iOS limitation). It looks great even on her small wrist and she always gets complements! She can change the face designs and seems to have a different one every day. The watch has a ton of features and functions, the user experience is smooth, intuitive and easy to read. As a parent, I was excited to find a cool smartwatch that didn't break the bank, yet still had 'smarts' and looked like a watch (round). From my POV, I don't need a smartwatch to do everything since I have 2 iPhones (work & personal), but I can understand some of the reviewers being disappointed in lack of some iOS features available. Mobvoi is a start-up, I believe, and I hope they make it - despite my iOS bent, after trying an Apple Watch last year, I found it too big and clunky for me, and honestly didn't seem all that great (I returned it). Now considering Ticwatch for myself!
